We had some spooky children in our class today! We enjoyed a great disco. Thanks to Friends of Edenderry for organising.
We are learning all about odd and even numbers. We have investigated the numbers to 10 and have found out that number ending in 2, 4, 6, 8 and 0 are even as they all have a buddy. Numbers ending in 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are odd.

Why do we have bones investigation….
We used play dough to make 2 people. Then we added straw bones to 1 person to see which person was the strongest - just play dough or play dough and straws.
We found out that the person with straw bones was the strongest. We need bones to help us stand up tall.
We really enjoyed predicting and working with our buddy during this investigation.
We had great fun running our Santa Mile a Day
