Halloween in P1A

P1A had so much fun dressing up, showing off their moves at the Halloween disco and exploring the textures and smells of our giant pumpkin.
Our amazing P1 pumpkin was grown in our school poly tunnel.

Harvest Time

P1 enjoyed talking about harvest celebrations. We investigated a variety of fruits and vegetables. We talked about our favourites to eat and what we do not like to eat. We sorted our collection of fruit and veg into groups e.g. big, medium, small. Long shaped, round shaped, cylinder shaped. Fruit and veg and for colours.

The Amazing Journey

Wellie Wednesday

P1A had so much fun on Wellie Wednesday.

We enjoyed learning about our new polytunnel and taking part in our first forest school lesson. We looked for special forest treasures and talked about what we found back in our classroom.
Later, we planted our own sunflower seeds and completed our Wellie Wednesday colouring competition.
We had such a fun day
